How to Register

Once you have studied this web site and both parents agree with our gradual, gentle, child paced philosophy and your are ready to register for a specific class, please follow the directions below.

If you or your spouse is in a big hurry this is not the swim school for you.

• Since we are often in the pool teaching and unable to attend to the phones, our answer phone is crucial to communicating with our students. Separate voice mail boxes exist for different types of calls. For those callers inquiring about basic information and needing a complete brochure and schedule, press 1. Our currently enrolled students or those registering for a class, press 2. Weather questions and cancellations due to weather are posted on 3.

Calls regarding our book, “Learn to Swim”, press 4. We will return calls as soon as possible in the breaks between teaching. Your patience and cooperation with this system allows us to maintain personal communications with you in an efficient manner and still maintain a full teaching schedule.

Course Registration, Annual School Registration Fee and Payment

Space is limited and classes fill quickly. All classes are pre-registered and prepaid to ensure your space in class.

As Easy As 1, 2, 3, 4, . . .Select, call, confirm, register and pay...

1. How to Enroll:

Select your families’ courses. Use both the course description and schedule dates section of the web brochure or paper brochure.

Then call Lifestyle at (561) 393-6386, ext 2 (the Registration Voicemail Box). Use our answering machine to request space availability in your desired class and to have your name placed on a specific class roster. Speak slowly and spell anything unusual.

Leave:

(a) your name

(b) your child's name and age

(d) course name requested

(e) time and days of class

(f) your call back phone numbers, home and cell

2. Confirmation

Once you have called Lifestyle and left a voicemail with your selection, we will call you back within 1 to 3 days to:

(a) confirm your enrollment in your first choice or offer you an alternative based on availability.

(b) ask for your payment and registration form. Mastercard and Visa accepted by phone or direct you to send your payment online . Checks are to be mailed.

3. How to Pay by check:

Once you have received your confirmation phone call from us, you have one week to mail your completed Registration and Waiver Form with your check for Annual Registration fee (due only once in a calendar year) and your class fee to Lifestyle. Note your class and child’s name on your check. Class space is held only on a first paid, first-served basis.

4. How to Pay by credit card Master Card and Visa only:

a. BY PHONE: You can now pay credit card by phone call us at 561-393-6386 box 2. Note you still need to complete and mail in the pdf registration form,

b. ONLINE: You can also pay online by using this secure payment and class registration form..

Online Pay by Credit Card including Registration and Waiver form

Credit card payment along with completed Registration Form is also due promptly to ensure your space is held...we will only allow one week from confirmation call to receipt of payment... class size is limited and all classes are on a first paid, first served basis.

5. When:

ASAP. Your check or credit card payment must be received within one week of your phone reservation to hold your space. No checks, cash or paperwork for classes will be accepted on the pool deck. (Remember, everyone is wet on the pool deck and it is no fun juggling a dry check book, diapers, wet swim suits and wet kids!)

Annual Registration Fee: $35, $25, $15

The non-refundable registration fee is due upon registration of class and is only payable once during the course of the calendar year. Payment for the session is also due upon registration of class.

Refund & Missed Class Policy

The Lifestyle Swim School is unable to grant refunds. It is each individual’s responsibility to attend the classes that he/she has committed to. However, courtesy classes may be available within the current session if space allows. Missed classes may not be carried over to the next session. Classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollments. Some classes may be combined.
